Dr Krishnan Satkunam
Director

Krish is a qualified medical doctor who worked in a variety of hospital environments and contexts.... He began renovating and renting residential properties in London. Krinvest Care Group was formed in 2004 to setup, own and operates child care and residential elderly care facilities. This has led to more specialist services for adults with mental health issues and supported living.

Dr Jonathan Rogers
Consultant in Forensic Neurorehabilitation

Dr Jonathan Rogers (FRSA) is a head of clinical ... research for Ash House Ltd. Dr Rogers is the former head and developer of the first ever high secure Neurorehabilitation service in the UK, at Ashworth High Secure Hospital in Liverpool. It was here that he was awarded his full NHS Consultants post. Jonathan has presented at conferences across Europe, America and the southern hemisphere including Australia, where he acted as an advisor to Brain Injury Australia (BIA). He has a number of publications of which his main contribution was “A Handbook of Forensic Neurorehabilitation”. Dr Rogers was the first ever mental health consultant to win the NHS Award for Innovation and later winning the NHS Travel Award that allowed him to work alongside Professor Muir Giles, a world leader in rehabilitation in San Francisco, California. He was the North West Chair of UKABIF and a full national committee member for 5 years. He has also been awarded a number of other honours not least The Centre for the Development of Health Care Policy and Practice (CDHPP), from the Department of Health via the University of Leeds. Latterly he became a Fellow of the Royal Society and is a currently researching and developing new treatment protocols for this marginalised patient group focusing on Holistic Non-Aversive Neurorehabilitation Approaches (HNANA). Dr Rogers has worked in this specialist field for over 27 years.

Rav Sekhon
Service Manager

Rav Sekhon joined the organisation in March 2019 and has driven the service forwards to meet CQC ...regulations and deliver high quality care. Rav has extensive experience in the delivery of Supported Living services for adults with complex care needs. The concept of Balance Care was developed by Rav to bridge a gap that exists in service provision and enable the delivery of the transforming care agenda. The service will provide focussed transitional support for individuals coming from an inpatient environment into the community with specialist involvement. Rav is currently the Registered Manager for the service.
